In accordance with the Telecommunications Law 431 and subsequent applicable regulation, the TRA issued an official memo (number 1/2007) requesting from all ISPs and DSPs to refer to the Authority for all matters directly or indirectly related to their license (application for a new license, renewal, amendments to an existing license, frequency interference problems, etc…).
