The TRA issued and published an official circular (number 1/2011) in the official Gazette and 2 local newspapers, requesting from all buildings, real estate, broadcasting stations and antenna towers owners to refrain from installing any communication device on their owned or rented properties if the new operator has not obtained from the TRA a license to use the concerned device.
