Jointly organized by the Telecommunication Development Bureau (BDT) of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA), the 9th Global Symposium for Regulators (GSR) was held for the first time in Lebanon under the theme “Hands-on or Hands-off?” Stimulating growth through effective ICT regulation.

Further to the success of this event that gathered 648 participants from 89 countries, a report summarizing the sessions, the closing remarks and the resolutions has been officially issued.
