The implementation of Type Approval procedures still requires procedural decisions from the Council of Ministers and the General Directorate of Customs. The implementation Type Approval Regulation has been therefore postponed in order to guarantee the proper functioning of telecommunications services and avoid confusion in the telecom equipment market. The Type Approval Regulation implementation date is currently under examination by the TRA and will be communicated soon.
