TRA Board issued Decision 10/2009 during its 75th meeting on 01/07/2009. This decision states that the implementation of Type Approval procedures still requires procedural decisions from the Council of Ministers and the General Directorate of Customs. In order to guarantee the proper functioning of telecommunications services and avoid confusion in the telecom equipment market, TRA Board decided to postpone the implementation of the Type Approval Regulation until 28th of September 2009.
