The TRA issued three circulars (1/2009, 2/2009 and 3/2009) focusing on the following issues:

Circular 1/2009: private properties can be leased for the use of telecom equipment provided that the concerned service provider is duly licensed by the TRA.

Circular 2/2009: service providers are not allowed to lease any of their services to another service provide unless duly licensed by the TRA.

Circular 3/2009: all broadcast stations should abide by the licenses terms and conditions approved by virtue of Decree 7997 dated 29/2/1996
