As a result, efficient dispute resolution forms a key element of the TRA’s strategy. Following consultation, dispute resolution regulation is expected to be issued soon by the TRA. This regulation will contain comprehensive guidelines for the dispute and appeal process to ensure all service providers receive fair and non-discriminatory treatment.
