TRA experts Mrs. Jihane Hayek, Cost Accounting Manager, Eng. Lelia El Khazen, Market Analysis Manager and Eng. Manal Shihab, Senior Software Engineer attended Digital Lebanon Conference that was held at Phoenicia Hotel in Beirut, on September 13th, 2019, under the patronage of the President of the Council of Ministers, H.E. Mr. Saad Hariri, and in partnership with the Ministry of Telecommunications, the Ministry of State for Administrative Reforms (OMSAR), the Ministry of State for Investment and Technology, the Office of the Prime Minister, and the World Bank.

The conference aimed at discussing the National Strategy to develop the digital economy in Lebanon and tackled various topics to position the country on the global digital economy map. It also focused on key policy interventions, initiatives and recommendations needed for Lebanon to be recognized as a regional player in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector by 2020.
